About the Role

The Sales Director at Cloudality is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Account Executives, and building strong relationships with clients. This role demands a visionary leader who can identify new market opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to exceed performance goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and the professional services industry.
